Terms & Conditions:-

£300 payment.  This payment is subject to acceptance of your claim by our appointed solicitors and your full co-operation to act upon the appointed solicitors instructions on all matters appertaining to your claim and our receipt of any referral fee payable to us from our appointed solicitors.  In the circumstances of you withdrawing your claim for any reason or you fail to fully co-operate with the appointed solicitors instructions during the course of your claim then we would require the return of the said payment.

No win – No Fee:-

A No Win-No fee agreement with our appointed solicitors means that at no time during the course of your claim are you asked to pay any charges or fees either to us or our appointed solicitors.  If you win your claim you keep 100% of the compensation awarded plus you keep the aforesaid £300 payment.  Our appointed solicitors are paid their costs by the other side.  The No Win-No Fee agreement would be null and void if your claim proved to be dishonest or exaggerated in any way or if you refused to act reasonably upon our appointed solicitors instructions or if you withdrew your claim after our appointed solicitors had commenced making the claim on your behalf.  In any of these circumstances our appointed solicitors would be fully entitled to recover their costs to date from you.

Privacy Policy:-

Our Privacy Policy is simple and unambiguous.  Unless required to by the laws of England and Wales we do not share any information you provide with any third party except to such parties as is necessary to fulfil your instructions and administer the services you have requested as a client.
